I definitely needed a show like this. This is the first day of my 10 day staycation. I love shows with 4 bands that all sound so different. If you missed tonight, see them tomorrow at the Space Ballroom in Hamden CT. Otherwise, if you are going to Botch tomorrow, I will see you there.

Ending my looooong weekend with a great Matinee show in PVD. Granted, it's fall so even a matinee ends after dark. Like I always say, Alchemy always see way too nice for the likes of me, but every time I photo there, I want to go more.

If you haven't been to any of the shows at Flight Coffee, you are doing yourself a disservice. It's amazing all the people that I've run into so many people that I haven't seen for decades at the shows. Plus, shows start at 6:30pm and are over by 9pm.
December 2nd: PERMANENT DISFIGUREMENT, WRETCHED INFERNO, RESPITORY SECRETION
December 16th: COOL PARENTS, LOVEWELL, LOVE ISLAND
Also, I'll be photoing dropdead tomorrow at 2pm in PVD. Head down to Alchemy.

It was great walking a few minutes to get to a show in Portsmouth. It's been a very long time since I was able to do that. Plus, I got home and am ready for bed already!

It's a happy, rare day when SBC does a show. The Palladium was the perfect place for it too. So many old school people were there that it was just awesome. Oh and if you think I posted way too many pictures, I deleted them down from over 5,000 photos. Shooting an hour and a half of SBC was half of the pictures that I took.

A wicked rainy a terrible drive to Portland later and I had my face melted off once again in the Space by Oxbow. Tonight absolutely ruled. Well, besides everything getting soaked. but still. Great time. I'm looking forward to October 2042 when I get to photo Oxbow again up there in Maine.

A sold out show that was moved inside because of the rain. Ralph's was packed with a bunch of... *ahem*... Heavy Metal Maniacs!

It's amazing to see just how far these bands have come. Not venue-wise only, but sound wise. Though Wally's sounds just awesome. All the bands have excellent stage presence. I ended up having to run out a few songs into Unearth's set because my almost 16-year-old-dog was freaking out at home. (click here to see him from today) You can see the tour in Canada from Monday 10/16 to Friday 10/16.

Another absolute banger of a show at Flight. I took way too many pictures of people moshing. Rev JR stayed home with the RTTPuppies so it was great all around.

One of the first concerts I ever went to was a Helmet show as a teenager in the 90's. I had to go photo them, but unfortunately, I was not cleared to photograph them this time. They sounded perfect as always. If you missed this show, go see them on the other dates in new england.
Friday 29th @ the met in PVD
Saturday 30th @ Aura in Portland
October 1st @ the space Ballroom in hemdem, CT.
