If we do have to headline, i'd like to get a back line set up with a sound check. Drums, and cabs. Thoughts?

the safari doesn't have a PA. vocals only.
also, to the other guy in your band. every band at every show since the beginning of time wants to play the middle slot. work it out, man.

uh, i hope you guys know SB only puts on like a 10 minute set. and theyre playing 1-2 other shows that night. yeah.

this is true. SB's set is like 8 minutes. also, they are playing another show that night (with us @ as220), so it'll probably be more like 5 mins. i think they were planning on playing early-ish, because gregg is playing four, yes four shows that night.

to anyone else wondering why it's so late. that's just the way jimmy does it. he always starts thes bands at around 10. the main reason is because no one shows up till then anyway. basically, once everyone's there, you just start when you want.

one last thing i have to say to you guys involved with this show. there's a whole lot of confusion about set times and whatnot. trust me, it's really not that important. it's been my experience that the easiest thing is to just figure it out when you get there. something always changes the day of the show anyway. if it really matters to anyone, you guys need to all pick up the phone or email and actually talk to each other. everyone seems to have a reason to play at a certain time.

i'm not trying to sound like a dick or anything, just trying to help. seems like everyone's stressing out just a bit too much. it's a show, it's the safari, it'll be fun. see you all there.
