The Nightmare Continues: the sounds system at the met wasn't set up for their sound. Soundwise, it was a lot better a lupos. However, they are getting more comfortable playing live. Thier sound is sort of a mix of tool-esque interlupes with chaotic semi-deathgrind (though no vomit vocals)

Revenge: wow, where they not what I was expecting... Canadians playing polish national blackmetal? I'm pretty sure that I was confusing them with a booze-rock band. Now, I know better.

Behemoth: Well, they sounded great, even though the live set is totally stripped of most of the sounds from the CDs. But then what should I expect? Them to hit play on a bunch of samples? I haven't heard much of the new CD yet, but what I did hear of it was punctuated wth some really cool drum-rhythms that were either missing or I couldn't hear them. With all that said, my review of them isn't negative, it's just they are a bit different live as opposed to on CD. They also have a lot more CDs then I realized.

Amon Amarth: again, I was expecting something a little different from them, more norsk-ballads. Though, they played a bunch of tracks I like and even my favorite tracks off the new CD.

Dying Fetus: What can you say about fetus that I've not typed 500 times before. They are still the deathgrind kings, killer break downs and john's tuned down vocals.
