To everyone that is involved with shows/projects/events,

I am terribly sorry for any inconviences and miscommunications that have happened with in the past week with issuses over at Fitzy'z. The Sept 17th show was cancelled because the Owner's license was suspened due to him not renewing it in time because of him being ill. I started getting in touch with people right away to let people know, and I found out thursday night. I was not able to get in touch with everyone and I am sorry, but everything from my end was last minute as well.

I am very well aware the preparations that bands make for shows, everything from getting fans that cannot be contacted to come to shows, from sacrificing money/time to play shows, and all of the little details that are needed for a good show. This is something that was not in my control and I will be totally responsable for. I plan to do what I can to attempt to make up for these inconviences, but until then please do not lose faith in what I am working so hard at, and that is develop a better music scene, and not destroy it. The last thing I would want to do is burn bridges with anyone.

As for the "issuses" over @ Fitzy's preventing these past 2 shows from happening, they are resolved and all scheduled gigs over there will take place as expected. I put all these gigs with awesome lineups together because I knew they would be awesome shows, so I know the dissappointment with the fans as well as the bands. I will be stopping by RTTP more often to keep in touch with everyone so nothing like this will happen again. The shows that were cancelled will be rescheduled for later dates, and I will be in touch with all that were involved to see what we can work out.

As for the Sayonara Summer Festival, there will be a meeting next week @ the Bellingham Sportsman Club for everyone involved to go over ticket sales, set times, info about the 8th and 9th, and how things are planned for the event. I will post on tuesday the date of the meeting. I have been at shows promoting as well as locobazooka tomorrow for the 9th. I have heard there are flyers everywhere and the word is out. Anyone selling tickets for this event either from the band or for the band, time is shortening, so get sales in by weekend as this will be the decider of set times.

Sincerely Jay -Anamalech-
