terminally your aborted ghost: so matt got there 20 mintues AFTER they were suppose to start. they only had time to play 2 songs, but chris said they could play 2 more. for the first song they played, the sound was terrible. all I could hear was the vocals. after that, the soundguy tweaked it and the last 2 sounded really good.

feed us fetus: another short set. they were all packed pretty tightly up on the stage, at any second they could just fall off... and then joey fell off the stage. it wasn't as impressive as the fall I heard about. the sound was really good for them. jay was on guitar this time too.

i destroyer: awesome to see them again. their sound seems to progress more towards a watchmaker/dropdead/anal cunt sound and away from the sort of punky sound I remember from the first time I saw them. at a few points, they broke into noise.

nerve gas tragedy: these guys stole the show for me. I had no idea what to expect so I was amazed. this features at least one member of all out war. it was a lot more metal that AOW. you should definitely check out their cd.

the nightmare continues: I thought it was going to be another battle of the short sets. brendan came out saying they were only playing 2 songs... instead, they played 4 or 5, one of the ones they played was the "stoner" track that I though dave wrote. speaking of dave, this was the first time I saw them as a 4 piece.

misery index: again, for the first song the sound was terrible. after that, they got into the goove and the sound-guy leveled things out. I guess they have a new cd that I have no clue about, they played some tracks off it. during their set there was an audience member that kept yelling for everyone to "step it up" and that he had "9 stitches from this last week". I had no idea what was going on, but it ended up in a fight before mi's last song. there was also someone on the floor in front of them sketching jason's picture.
