I guarantee any band that plays this show will get much more professional sound that they're used to getting at gigs.

from someone who mispelled mics as "mikes" and think reverb on a kick in a hall is a good idea...........

1. Club 305 is not a hall, I said "hall reverb". Big difference.

2. Read the end of that same sentence, I said "where appropriate". If a band doesn't want reverb on the kick drum, I won't put it there. You'd be surprised though how much the *right amount* of reverb can make the whole drum sound in the room WAY more professional. But just to put this in perspective, no one has EVER complained to me about reverb on the kick drum out of over a hundred bands I've done sound for in the last year.

3. I use the words "mics" and "mikes" interchangably like most people. If you really want to be technical about it, neither is correct; the word in the dictionary is microphone. But really, who gives a fuck? And since when has anyone given a fuck about spelling on this board anyway? (And how can you criticize spelling when you don't even capitalize any of your letters?)
