man I wish it could say it's cause I'm getting older, but I've had this problem since my pre-teens.

Once again I managed to hurt my back without doing anything strenuous. Anyone know a good way to deal with that? So far I've tried:

-Sit ups
-Stretching
-A small amount of fidning the spot and massaging it

what else could work?

you know what I mean...a weird spasm and suddenly you got this ache that stiffens yee and makes yee pained.
