yeah seriously.

take a look at the straight up conviction rates for black vs white. you'll find it's a bit different...

it's really teh money that matters. And since the wealth happens to be concentrated in the "non minority" sector of this country (ahem...white) that's who's getting off the most for crimes they commited

look at enron. many of the worst crooks from that whole situation are getting practically NOTHING. for stealing millions of dollars, not to mention purposely exacerbating a power shortage for monetary gain. meanwhile, some guy in california goes to jail for life for stealing batteries because it happens to be his third felony.

ridiculous.
