A hard working band from Rimouski (Quebec), Vortex features active and ex-members of Jerks, Mental Disorder, Astral Gates & Foot Clan. They are influenced by bands like Hatebreed, Heaven Shall Burn, Obituary, Slayer and God Forbid. The album was recorded with producer Jean-Francois Dagenais (Kataklysm, Misery Index).
