Actually, it's more of a typo. Her grammar's fine. Now go do something else, you unoriginal piece of shit.

Well, really, you could look at it either way. Most likely, she didn't decide to type "has", and it was an accident, therefore, a typo. But since saying "I has" is an incorrect present tense first person singular conjugation, it definitely can be looked at as a grammar mistake.
