Finally,
After a lot of work and a lot of demand, the full length double vinyl for Ocean's breakthrough debut "Here Where Nothing Grows" is in stock. Exclusive to the vinyl version is a live cover of The Cure's "Siamese Twins." It was pressed in an edition of 500 on 200 gram vinyl and packaged in an extremely lavish black on black letterpress jacket. Nearly an inch thick and weighing in at almost 2 pounds this is one of the nicest packages I've ever seen.
Unfortunately, this release was planned before the record took off and 500 copies wasn't enough to meet wholesale demand let alone our mailorder. So, I've held some copies for mailorder, but it will only be available for a couple of days. 450 copies were packaged with black on black covers. 50 were packaged with silver on black covers. If you'd prefer silver over black please mention this with payment. Check out the Important site for a slide show of the letterpress facility where these were done.
Also available is an equally limited picture disc full length lp from Maja Ratkje - otherwise known as half of the Norwegian duo Fe-Mail. Amazing material somewhere between her solo voice recordings for Rune Grammofon and her work in Fe-Mail.
imprec091 Ocean "Here Where Nothing Grows" double lp $19.99
imprec092 Maja Ratkje "Stalker" picture disc lp $11.99
