The second band in a row from cali. they were from LA to be exact. Like most things I saw in LA, they had one token white dude. vocals sort of stuck around eary buhdda (blood for blood) and ever included some español por los latinos. The guitars started off playing so mastodon-sounding music during sound check. Adding a lot to my enjoyment, this band had two guitarists who could shred (think harder the fight). one quote from the singer that was awesome (in regards to this fest): "we try to get benefits, but all we do are carwashes." over all, the sounded great and the house sound was significantly upgraded.
