The question is, do you understand the difference between making the stuff and observing it? I watch a lot of messed up videos of people getting decaptitated and such on YouTube, should I be charged with murder? You ever see a film on the holocaust in school? You are now a war criminal. Do you see any parallels, here?

in one aspect, that's a point I'm trying to make. should people who watch beastiality be put in jail?

just because someone watches videos of a dude getting fucked by a horse (or better yet, looks at drawn pictures of a dude getting reamed by a horse) doesn't mean they are criminals and it's none of the governments fucking buisiness.
