This might be the best one yet. Beautiful game. Huge world. Great dungeons. Great characters. Political intrigue and real tension as opposed to bullshit 'chosen one saves teh world' plot. Combat rules, and there are so many ways you can play it. The lead characters are still very ghey, metro and too pretty, but they've been this way since FFVII, I doubt it's going to change in such a vainglorious world. PS2 might just win the next generation console war.
