The video features Joe Rogan tearing into Carlos Mencia onstage for stealing other comedians' material, a fact that's apparently pretty universally accepted in the industry. The video is 10 minutes long, but if you can make it through the confusing editing and horrible sound it's a pretty interesting watch. I always knew Carlos Mencia was annoying, I just never realized he was a fucking thief. I mean how do you steal other people's material and still manage not to be funny?
