I'm pretty sure he shot his girlfriend first, then someone else in that dorm. Then he was MIA for a couple hours or so, and it was across campus that he killed everyone else. The people in that building, according to the kids on the news, didn't even know someone had been shot. They didn't have any idea what was happening, it must have been awful.

I'm sure the shooter was fucking insane before the broad did whatever she did or didn't do to set him off.
