I don't know what its problem is, or if somebody ruined this thing with spyware before I got to it, but it pretty much epitomizes everything that I hate about PCs. At least once a day I'll come back to my desk, try to open my email or do something incredibly simple and it will freeze up. There's no sense in sending an error report, because when it gives you a link to find out what's wrong with it, that freezes too.
