Again, though, I must make the same damned point I've made so many other times on this board:
If a cop tells you to do something, fucking DO IT. Doesn't matter if they're wrong, doesn't matter if you "know your rights", none of it matters. Once a cop decides to arrest you the decision is made. A cop will never say "oh, okay, I changed my mind... you are free to go"
This kid would NOT have gotten tazered if he'd shut the fuck up and let them cuff him. It also would make it a lot easier to show how poorly these cops acted by arresting him in the first place, since they now are able to go into court and say the kid was belligerent and resisted arrest. Otherwise, these douchebags would probably already be out of a job.
