this show was in a strange place. there were all these hallowen decorations (maybe getting ready early), a little kids play house wrapped up like a easter candy, and some arcade machine. then if that weren't enough, you could go up stairs and there were parents and chess boards with glass pieces. cool place.

nidas the buzz: they were really good. southerny rock. sort of like the doom-ish stuff that cephalic carnage does but with different vocals. This was one of their first shows since the show at MMF in salem.

the gunmen: catchy dirty punk songs. it featured nick, brad (on drums) and mark of kevorkians angels.

kevorkians angels: really short set for them. it featured nick, brad, mark, and john of kevorkians angels.

continued without a finding: this band stole the night. so awesome. think today's the day's hardest material. they even had a modified howard dean scream with weymouth tossed in. it featured brad (on bass), mark, and john (some vocals only) from kevorkians angels.

hirudinea: great short set. I didn't recognize the middle song they played. I'm guessing it was new. it wasn't as noisey as their other stuff. they also sounded awesome on that house's system.
