the show was great,

Agahnim opened and were a mix of grind and punk/metal, their bassist had a broken thumb but they still managed to kick the night off to a great start. Definately a good band, this was my first time seeing them and I think I will again.

Teratism was on second, these guys destroyed!!! Definately a crowd favorite when they covered Napalm Death, Phantom Ryan gave his approval. Somehow Teratism's set caused everyone to age 5 years.

Dreaded Silence played next and was the least extreme of the bands, but I liked them. They had some death metal parts, but were overall a melodic band with some rock parts. The mic was acting screwy during their set, so it was tough to hear the singer if you were in the back. I am looking forward to seeing them tomorow again.

Raising Kubrick was on 4th and were the crowd favorite that night. Sarah's vocals were not overwhelmingly loud, thanks to Meredith who came all the way from NH with some other crazy girls. They were really good that night and gained some new fans in the other bands.

Ascendancy plays really, really, really fast. If there is a band who you never have to worry about being upstaged by anyone, it's Ascendancy. Mike's mosh pit with Blue, while still performing, was a great ending to such a stupendous night.
