and who gives a shit if people aren't headbanging or aren't headbanging "properly?" They paid to get in.

Maybe the next show that you go to you should just not even pay attention to the band playing and instead just monitor the crowd and make sure that no one is headbanging the wrong way or (GOD FORBID!) not headbanging at all. I know it may be tempting just to say "the hell with everyone else" and watch the band that's on stage that you came to see, but this is important stuff. If you don't police the crowd on the proper etiquette, who will?
