fuck hybrids, get an old diesel truck, you get much better gas mileage. hybrids are just the government's way to keep people on gas. you get the same gas mileage with old civic hatchback as you would with a prius. probably more. besides, diesel = torque up the fucking ass. while it may have less HP than a newer truck, it has way more torque, at a lower RPM, with a fatter torqueband, so towing shit is simple. granted diesel right now is more expensive, you will fill up less, and when the gas gets up the same price, it wont even matter. then comes the "bio-diesel" stuff... and you can imagine how much better it would be to have a diesel if you care about lugging shit...
