The art itself is sick, but the conceptual execution is poor. Compositionally it works when color is not taken into consideration. The balance is thrown off by the green patch and the dude's face in the center foreground. There is way too much going on; it's almost like a tame version of "Where's Waldo?" made for metal. A lot of metal artists fail to realize that in most cases, less is more. If you can't get the point across with just one or a few key elements, it's time to come up with a new concept. I don't understand why the art was made this way. Tony Koehl (sp?) should know better. He's made significant improvement over the past few years, but seeing this makes me think he's just gotten lucky with most of his projects.
