The show didn't have a very good turnout, which kind of bums me out.
Raising Kubrick played first, it took the first 2 songs for Sarah's voice to really kick in, but Kris and Blue's sporadic energy masked that anyway. By the end they were rocking, it was a good set.
Dissector was second, they were much better then when I saw them at O'Briens, not having technical difficulties helped. They played the song about the leper who lived with his mother's corpse. They also had the zombie mosh guy, who headbanged next to them the whole set! It was awesome, I owe you guys 10 bucks. Email me.
Abhorred was third, they are fantastic. If you haven't seen this band yet then you are so stupid, I hate you.
Ascendancy played third, for a rather short set in my opinion. It was a good set, lots of energy and heckling between songs.
All in all I had a good time, the club was happy with the turn out, as small as it was. But since it was like 6 days notice they aren't holding it against me.
March 20th here I come!
