I don't think anyone goes to shows for the crowds. Certain crowds can definitely tarnish a show, and there's nothing you can do about it, except be subjected to it. I'm never going to pass up a show I want to see just because I know the crowd is going to be lame, but that doesn't mean I'm going to enjoy being surrounded by these people either.
