Also, many of the tests are culturally biased. The Kaufman-Assessment Battery for Children (K-ABC) tends to yield better scores from minorities, but the results don't have a high enough validity or reliability when compared to other IQ tests. It has a lot of questions that are biased toward Western culture (example: showing a picture of Abraham Lincoln and asking the person who it is). Only a moron would use that test on sub-Saharan Africans and expect accurate results.
