I think I've seen at least 100 of those 500 7"s at Newbury Comics' across the New England area and last time I checked, the label didn't even slap its logo on the sleeve. That record cost them about 600 dollars to do I'm assuming. Black vinyl, blank labels with one color sleeves. It's about what I'd expect if Kill The Priest did their own 7". I'm not countering anything with iRANACH. They were good people to me and they are still my friends. Wow, I didnt go to practice. Neither did Jon, and it was at his fucking house. No one cares. Did iRANACH aspire to be something huge? I don't necessarily think so but I think the music we, oh wait sorry, they made was really fucking amazing and a lot of fun. And if you ask any of the members of iRANACH (cause I wasnt one of them I guess), I think they will say my vocals played a big part in that band. I'm not looking back on it and saying "iRANACH failed because we didnt tour or get signed". Actually, we had a couple offers from death metal labels to do a couple full lengths. Oh shit, there I go again saying "we". I apologize. They had a couple offers and did not end up taking them because they did not feel they could commit to it. Big deal. I have a couple iRANACH recordings I can listen to when I see fit and thats all I ever asked for. I wanted to play shows and have fun and release records if possible. Mission accomplished. I'm sorry we didnt live up to Derek Mabra's Grind Band Success Scale. Of course, we did have CIC flipping out over our shit live while they sat in a van during the:Enclitic's set. Oh what a shame too, with those pretty little half-assed "press packs" you made for them.
