citizens = military personnel. No one forced them to sign up and serve but thankfully they stepped up as most of us wouldn't dare. Last time I checked we didn't have a draft, just sayin'.
It completely blows how many people have been hurt through all this b.s. but islamic extremists goal is to penetrate us from every possible angle (on our soil, british soil, ect.) and so far they're winning regardless of our presence in their countries. I'm not sure how pulling out of Afghanistan would make for a shitty situation better...
