Swarm of Eyes Gear Up For First Live Show October 6th

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sep 12, 2011 - New England-based thrash/metal band Swarm of Eyes will be
making their live debut on Thursday October 6, 2011 at Great Scott in
Allston, MA. Now comprised of a full lineup with the recent addition of
drummer Tommy Burke, Swarm of Eyes will join Acaro, Motherboar, Your Pain
Is Endearing, and Death Ray Vision (which includes members of Killswitch
Engage, Frozen, and Shadows Fall) on the bill. Showtime for this 18+ show
is 9pm with a $10 cover charge.

“Our excitement level is through the roof to be included in this lineup,”
said Swarm of eyes vocalist Randy Carter regarding the band’s impending
inaugural performance. “To be able to bring to life the songs from our
album and hearing the finalized lineup bashing out these songs in
rehearsal has been nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to get on that
stage and finally bring this dream to the fans."

Although no additional dates have been confirmed yet, the band is planning

Swarm of Eyes will be performing songs from their debut album, Designing
the Dystopia, which was released in April 2011 via Humanemic Records.
Designing the Dystopia is available for sale through the band's website,
as well as via online independent music mega-store CD Baby. The album has
also been made available for digital download on iTunes.

Most recently, the Swarm of Eyes was also featured on online metal radio
station KosherMetal.com's 25-song Kosher Komp, Vol. 1, along with 14 other
up-and-coming bands. Swarm of Eyes contributed two songs to the free
compilation, "Teeth of the Serpent" and "Ruins of My Last Salvation."
