I wish I had a place to cellar. Of recent drinks to have been drank... Last night I had Lost Abbey's Red Poppy Ale. A cherry, oaked, sour. Similar to Duchesse De Bourgogne. If you like sour, I highly recommend it. For something more normal, I recently had the Heavy Seas winter ESB. I drink so many extreme styles of beer, it was to have something that just straight up tasted like beer but still had big flavors. I also saw Stone was putting last year's Vertical Epic on the shelves again. The best beer I have had recently was Trillium's Congress Street IPA. I got a growler from the brewery. Up there with Heady Topper among the top tiers of IPAs.
