But I picked up 5 lbs of AP pretty easily, 5 pounds of 00 flour for pizza, and 15 lbs of hand milled whole wheat flour from the local co-op. Baking is a pain in the ass but knowing how to do it properly has been a decent skill to learn. I think a lot of people out there are going to return to the "from scratch" method out of necessity. When everything comes back to "normal", maybe there'll be better food options to-go as a result
