QUINCY - Taking a lead from Anthony Smith, the Quincy Creepouts are GUARANTEEING a victory this week over Captain Jeete's Herpes Splooge in this week's fantasy football contest. The 7-5-1 Creepouts, who are expected to miss the playoffs by at least half a game, have gone on record to state they expect to win, and win big this week. "We're too good, and too damn pretty.
