what kind of speakers are in it? Are the speakers side by side or top & bottom.?

theyre top and bottom, and i beleive they are black shadows.

is this the half-back cab with the grating and exposed speakers in the front? if so, i'm VERY interested, having just been beat on an ebay auction for a genz benz 2x12. also, where are you located?

It has a Black Shadow in the bottom? I had heard there was a rather powerful EV hiding in there.

theres a 2x12 mesa w/ celestions and EV speakers, the one im selling has black shadows

they both have the same look though
