The 1st song on the "Service For The Damned" CD from TERATISM is called 'Desire For The Demented' and it's about sex with roadkill.

i thought of the name like 2 years ago, and thought it would be a great name for a bad grind band, so me and my friend decided to record a demo with that name.

Hey, I never claimed that our music was metaltastic or even that good for that matter. I can be the first to laugh at a joke, even at my expense...I guess I just fail to find the humor.
I also think it's not a good idea to make someone who goes to your shows (an enthusiastic paying customer) second guess going to another one.

On the same subject, yeah Reco is back together. We're trying not to play the same crap we did years and years ago, although we did rehash a few old tunes for the Motorhead set. We're trying to write some better and heavier material for the future to see how it flies. I guess that remains to be seen.

Real Dolls are too expensive for a guy like me...Maybe I'll just make one of my own out of paper mache.

In short, DCM was the band Roadkill and Rick went to after Reco "broke up" (ie: kicked me and the bass player the fuck out because I liked to sing about Clown Penises and drowning in fecal matter). Anyway, they played for a few years around here...they were more hard rock than metal (in my opinion anyway). They then proceeded to kick those two out (they kicked Rick out and RK left because he was having a second kid) and continue on for a while until finally calling it quits a few months ago.

Reco is all the same original members. We basically decided to put it back together on the premise that we wouldn't play shitty nu-metal anymore. We got the chance to open up the Motorhead show and couldn't say no, so we rehashed (I love that word) some old songs to play a quick 20min set. Now we are just going to concentrate on new stuff, no nu-poo. Like I said, we'll see how that flies.

I don't know you, but since I am 31 years old and been playing guitar for 16 years, I doubt you have too many years of guitar playing over me. I didnt read this thread until now and thought "this has to be something not about the WHEB personality". then I read powerkok's post and thought "damn, i'm the only one that's going to get that joke." but then I read down and the whole thread is about that... all I can say is wow.. what a turn around in this here thread.

old recognizer was very nu-metal and I didn't care for it and yes, I saw them.. um.. once or twice in 99,00, or 01. I had no clue that they got back together. I got to the motorhead show when junior's band was finishing up and only heard it from the outside. it sounded a lot better, but I could only hear it from the outside. hopefully, you guys are much better. I'm honestly hoping that you are seeing as I will probably see you guys more than once in the portsmouth area. If I see you walking around portsmouth, I'll say hello.
