I bought a fryolator. I've made every variation of french fry and buffalo wing you could imagine. Lately, I've been hooked on the chicken wings at my local chinese food place. I want to make them at home, but I'm clueless how. Anyone here ever work in a chinese restaurant, or know how to make them?

I thought you were a sauciet, mr. creme broulet.
I need a good recipe for the batter on chicken figners.... I don't knoew how to get it to stick to the tofu.
also, where the hell can you buy corn flower? each time I go to buy some, I come back with corn meal and that aint right. I had like 4 boxes of corn meal and no corn flower. |

Marinate them in soy sauce or ginger sauce..then fry them! |

2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic Powder (or fresh minced to death)
1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1/4 c Cornstarch
1/2 c Milk
1 tb Honey
1 ts Lemon Juice
2 tb Sherry
1 ts Fresh Ginger, put through garlic press (or grated)
Mix eggs, salt, garlic, flour, cornstarch, and milk to make a smooth batter. Mix honey, lemon juice, sherry and ginger together and marinate tofu (cut in cubes) for at least 15 minutes. Fry dipped pieces in Peanut Oil until light brown.

I LOVE THEM! and they are cheap at the take out joints. one night i was hangin around waiting for my wings to be cooked i see this guy behind the counter with a holster on. carrying a glock. i was like, whoa don't wanna be the poor soul to rob this joint!
but come to find out that guy was a brother to the owner and he helps cook on his time off!? he is an FBI agent. Kinda weird. |

Tofu is disgusting...I had a friend tell me oh, you'll never know it is tofu,trust me....I can tell just by the smell of that stuff |
