Thier logo is even the same font as Pantera's logo, and their album title is the same font as "Far Beyond Driven" was written on that album. Even the snakes, taken from "...Trendkill". And as mentioned already, the music is choppy, chuggy, recycled Pantera riffs and the singer obviously tries to sing like Phil Anselmo.

I think they are very aware that they are ripping off Pantera.

listen to the song Astringent.. if you've ever heard 'Floods' by Pantera there is not mistake that the ripping off is completely intentional and deliberate.
