Just because someone's stupid enough to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a record on eBay doesn't mean that's what it's actually worth. If people want to get scammed, that's their problem, I'm not falling for it.

and actually yes, what people are willing to pay for something defines its worth. If no one would pay $250 for a record it wouldn't be worth that much. If people will pay $250 for a record than it is worth that much. Just because its not worth that much TO YOU doesn't mean shit. Don't fucking buy it and don't whine about not owning it.

I tend to think of a record being worth what people would pay for it on average. But I'm not buying and don't have to, so no complaining from me...
