photos, typed out bio, quotes of reviews taken from magazines, etc, all put together, cd's, vhs tapes (music or live video)...that's what i get from record labels anyhow....usually in a folder (record label one)..oh and sometimes stickers

Yeah I knew a lot of work goes into this shit. Well its a lot of work for me because I'm fucking lazy as hell. Looks like I need to get more press shit and show reviews. Thanks people.

i take a nice looking folder, put a sitcker on the front. in one side, i put a bio/picture/contact info sheet, with a list of upcoming shows. in the other side, i put a variety of flyers of shows weve played, along with a ziplock stapled to the top containing a sticker, pins, and a demo.

not to mention a killer vhs tape of live clips.
