ok, can anyone at least name brands of strat knock offs/copies/clones that are worth their $$$????

I think G&L makes some. Carvin has one or more I think. I don't know of any more but I've heard good things about the Carvin Bolt.

I've tried G&L models, but I just dont like them. The Carvin Bolt Kit looks tempting to buy, I just dont know if their start body's are more similar to Jacksons or Fenders. I really want that fender strat (smaller body) feel.
