I'm trying to capture a frame from a movie as reference for my next tattoo. I usually use Preview (like the Mac version of Windows Media and Fax Viewer or whatever the fuck it's called) to get screen captures, but it does not give me the option when media is being played. Any idea how I can do this with a different program (obviously for Mac)?

apple+shift+4
gives you a crosshair and you can select what to capture
apple+shift+3 gets the whole screen it usually saves on the desktop
