I don't think there is any valid argument stating there are GOOD drivers in any New England state. The roads are too jumbled up here, and the people are too uptight.
I'm just glad I was far away from this epic clusterfuck. Regardless of what state they are from, most people do not know how to drive in the snow, whether they drive way too fast or way too slow. 4WD and AWD does not help your vehicle stop. If you have 2WD and no snow tires, stay home.
