They got an LP coming out soon and trying to play out more. Those guys are funny. When we played with them in Brooklyn it was packed and people were goin nuts during their set and you could tell Justin (aka Lord Valder) wasn't into it at all. Not even BM schtick, apparently dude legitimately DOES NOT like people.

I'm hoping to revisit New England at some point in March, perhaps I can make one of these depending on when I go.

SRSLY, WTF, I was pointing out the other day that there are (sometimes multiple) BM shows to go to every weekend in New England, right now.

That Brooklyn show was amazing. We need more insanely enthusiastic and drunken Satanic Hispanics round these parts.

And that WOE / Morgirion / One Master show on the 28th is right on the border of Mass... maybe 15 or 20 mins from Springfield. If you've never seen or heard WOE - I HIGHLY recommend doing so. They put out one of my favorite BM CDs last year. Sucks it's on the same day as Krieg, but WOE > Krieg all day long.

WOE/Infernal Stronghold split 7" is good shit.

The Summoning Hate/Untombed/Ill Daemonium crew is always a good time.

I love those guys! They're so much fun and really awesome people! Hilarious too. There's one dude who hangs out with them who really really wanted my Amon Amarth t-shirt. I saw him at the Vital Remains show and he still wants it. He said he'd pay me 50 bucks for it. So I'm looking on ebay for another and then I'll sell it to him haha.

What's up with that band? Last time we played O'Briens some drunk bearded dude came up to me afterwards sayin we need to play a show with them, how brutal they are, how awesome it'd be, etc. Didn't really know what to say to him because my only reference for them are the weird threads on RTTP.

I'll put it this way. Me and Brian from Watchmaker walked in on a set of theirs at the Skybar and thought we were at the wrong fucking show. It's like way theatrical and hit me as more of a goth thing than black metal.

Not really my thing, but they were cool to us when Herugrim played with them a while back. Plus they seem to be pissing SOMEBODY off, so that's cool. The black pope guy bought me beers. Best clergy-themed band playing in New England today.
