jim's character is pretty decent.. I remember mentioning him going down first and lo and behold, he got his shoulder ripped in half.
it was too bad I already used my sleep spell that day, but we were lucky that darkwor and yeti battled the monsters to spare us some time.

The bong hit is a strange and deadly beast. On a successful "hit," the victim is confused (as per the spell) for 1-6 rounds. In addition, the victim must save vs. breath weapon or forget how the game ended. Fortunately, the bong hit is a fragile creature, and often shatters on the first successful melee strike against it.

i was savagely beaten by that creature many, many times last night.

^^^This often happens when unsuspecting adventurers journey into my apartment. Matter of fact, the Bong has initiative on all attacks.
