that's not clear when they are promoting it,it doesn't say that. besides,the point is I told them NOT to use this. You can't steal art and claim this is what we sound like. How many times do bands lose members? Plenty of times, Im sure, new members have done videos and played the part of the old members'. I was the bass player of the band when they first started. Erik is also a founding member and is now back with them. When we both left the band neither of us bitched and complained about how Nick continued to use the demo we did. I can't actually imagine why someone wouldn't want to get recognition for the work they did at that point in the their life.
