This is hard to swallow. They're basically claiming that the website building techniques that have been widely used for years are actually intellectual property that only THEY have the right to license out. This confuses the SHIT outta me.. would any court really hold up the fact that NO other website can use pull down hierarchical menus? (among other things.) This company claims it made deals with a bunch of other big companies, but until THOSE companies say that the deal did happen, i can't believe it.
