in the passed 2 days, I've had 3 close calls with sharp things almost puncturing my wrists.

My old man used to coach hockey (back before I was born, in the days before hockey dads beating each other to death)... my mom told me once somebody skated over his wrist or something like that.... wish I could remember the details... now I'll have to ask next time I talk to them.

yeah, yesterday I had a wordrobe failure at walmart.
the hooks on my docs got caught on something and I ripped on of them off so now there is a razor sharp piece of metal so if I mis-step, I slit my calf.
