I don't have any reception problems really, the only dead spots I encounter are between north station and state street on the orange line, and one 10 second strip on 93. Prolly getting an SII in a couple weeks. Do you have a name for anyone who works for IBM? I'd rather get that discount when I renew my contract than get locked into a SERO plan.
