I just got 2 GA tix on Groupon for $62...

I'm going Friday to the show at Mohegan Sun. Gonna be killer.

I'd like to go but flaked on tickets. I should check on their availability. I have a hard time paying a lot of money to see Megadeth anymore, but when actual Sunday rolls around I can see myself at home going "Man, I should've gone".

I really want to see Megadeth again but don't think I'd make rent. No more GA tickets left at the Mohegan show either. 70$ for my girlfriend and I to stand at our seats a hundred feet from the stage...

Went to the Mohegan Sun show last night.

Lacuna Coil - Don't know how they were. I was playing slots during their set. I assume they sucked. Alot of creepy old guys with Lacuna Coil shirts.

Volbeat - Caught their last two songs. Were pretty good. Hank Sherman on guitar was killer. Alot of creepy bro dudes with Volbeat shirts. Blame Metallica.

Motorhead - Opened with Bomber. They played about 8 songs. I haven't seen them in almost 10 years so I was way into it. They played Killed By Death so I was happy.

Megadeth - When they opened with Trust I knew I was in trouble. I've seen Megadeth probably 20 times and this was definetly the worst set list. All the radio hits plus four new songs. Left during Peace Sells to get food at Johnny Rockets.

The show was pretty much what I expected. Mohegan Sun Arena is killer and way smaller than Tsongas Arena. Good night of drinking and gambling. Anyone going Sunday should just go to get drunk as shit and have low expectations.

I'm surprised Motorhead had any time left for songs in between planned standing ovations.

Who? Motörhead? Or megadeth or the whole tour?
