So... The CT Advocates (free weekly entertainment paper with Hartford, New Haven and Fairfield county editions - not the popular homosexual monthly... not that there's anything wrong with that) are throwing this metal showcase for the finalists in their yearly Grand Band Slam. While we're not necessarily ones for popularity contests or "beating" other bands, it's a safe assumption these other bands are popular. Here's to hoping they have slutty fans.
