life is so boring in FB jail. how will i ever get my liberal-feminazi-snowflake argument fix??
[Disclaimer: i worked for 8 years as a mechanical engineer, most recently for a drone manufacturer with a female CEO.]
'James Damore wrote that "biological causes" are part of the reason women aren't represented equally in its tech departments and leadership. In addition, Damore said men have a "higher drive for status."
Damore also criticized the company for being an "ideological echo chamber" that made it hard to dissent from "Google's left bias" and "politically correct monoculture." He also faulted the company for offering mentoring and other opportunities to its employees based on gender or race.' |

"A lot of conservative pundits can identify with James Damore, the now unemployed author of the 10-page manifesto. Damore seems overbearing, writes at punishing length about why inequality is natural, and addresses himself to a modern world that finds his thoughts irrelevant and even offensive. That’s pretty much the profile of the average writer at National Review."
(or TurtleBoy, for that matter)
"It also plays into the right’s trustiest narrative: white male victimhood."
(yep, definitely TurtleBoy..) |

Google Celebrates Diversity and Inclusiveness by ... Firing Internal Critic
http://hotair.com/archives/2017/08/08/goog...clusiveness-firing-internal-critic/
Extract: “The parts of the memo that do speak on biology are rather silly, presumptive, and largely unsupported – a series of extrapolations based on weak or unfounded assumptions, such as ‘Biological males that were castrated at birth and raised as females often still identify and act like males.’
Often, eh? Got a percentage on that? What exactly was the sample size on the peer-reviewed study of castrated males raised as females? And what exactly does that have to do with women in coding jobs?” |
